THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN MAY NOT APPLY IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS AND THUS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN SUCH CASES, XEROX'S AND ITS LICENSORS' LIABILITY HEREUNDER SHALL BE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED BY LAW.
6. End.
